What Bio Vetor knows about the people who write, and for how long
Front of the tagEste registro em portuguêsThis record explains how BIO VETOR CONTROLE DE VETORES LTDA handles the personal data of anyone who opens this site, writes to the company or receives a technical visit. It follows Brazil's Law 13.709/2018, the General Data Protection Law, known as the LGPD.
Who this record belongs to
The data controller is BIO VETOR CONTROLE DE VETORES LTDA, entered in the Brazilian company registry (CNPJ) under number 41.159.128/0001-80, with its registered office at Rua Dom José Carlos Aguirre 1168, Vila Osorio, in the town of Itararé, São Paulo state, Brazil, ZIP 18462-062. The company decides what the data is used for and answers questions about it at contato@riseinyourbest.com.
What a visit request brings in
The only contact channel on this site is e-mail. When you write, the company comes to hold your e-mail address, the name you sign with, the address of the property that needs a visit, your description of what was seen and, if you attach them, photos of the spot or of the animal. None of that is collected through a form: you decide what to include.
That data is used to reply, to agree on a day and time, to prepare the material for the visit and to quote the job. It is not used for advertising and does not feed a mailing list.
What the technical visit writes down
During the inspection and the return visits, the technician notes the address, the rooms affected, the likely species, the points treated, the products applied and the instructions handed over. They may also note whether a child, a pet or a person in fragile health lives on the property, because that changes the method and the timing of the treatment. That health-related detail is only recorded when the resident volunteers it, and only for that purpose.
The control tag that hangs at each station carries the dates and readings of every visit; it carries no person's name.
Automatic server logs
The pages on this domain are served through Cloudflare's network. When you open a page, Cloudflare's server receives your IP address, your browser type, the page requested and the time, and keeps that in technical logs for the period Cloudflare itself sets, for security and to keep the site running. Bio Vetor builds no profiles from those logs and does not match them against e-mail data.
Outside sources and the absence of first-party cookies
This site sets no cookie of its own, has no visitor counter, uses no audience analytics tool and runs no script. The typefaces on the pages come from the Google Fonts service: when they load, your browser sends a request to Google's servers, which see your IP address so the file can be sent back. That request falls under Google's own privacy policy.
Who the data passes through
E-mail data sits in the company's mailbox, hosted by an e-mail provider, and is read by the people at Bio Vetor who reply and schedule. Visit data may appear on an invoice, a receipt and on documents required by the public health inspectorate, where the law demands it. Beyond that, nothing is sold, assigned or exchanged with third parties.
If a public authority requests data under a lawful order, the company complies and, whenever it can, tells the person concerned.
Retention period by type
- E-mail for as long as the exchange lasts and up to twelve months after the last message, unless deletion is requested sooner.
- Visit notes for as long as the service is under follow-up and, afterwards, for the period that tax and public health rules require for the service documents.
- Server logs for the period set by Cloudflare, with no copy held by the company.
Data subject requests, fifteen business days and the ANPD
You are entitled to find out from the company whether it holds anything on you, to see it, to have mistakes corrected, to have deleted whatever no longer serves a purpose, to learn who it was passed to, and to take back a consent given earlier. Such requests are sent to the same e-mail address shown on this page, preferably from the same address you used before, so the company knows it is you.
Reply deadline: 15 business days
Should the reply fall short, the next step is Brazil's National Data Protection Authority, the ANPD, at gov.br/anpd.
Officer in charge and revisions
The role of data protection officer is held by the company itself, reachable at contato@riseinyourbest.com. This record may be revised whenever the company's way of working changes; the wording standing on this page at the time is what applies, and the revision date is the last line below.
